Dr Mark Prentice is a Tasmanian medical graduate (1980) who trained in histopathology at Western Infirmary, Glasgow and Royal Hobart Hospital. He subsequently specialised in oncological histopathology and general cytopathology at Hammersmith Hospital, London, before returning to Tasmania. He started at Hobart Pathology in 1989.
